AlarmIt! allows you to monitor energy usage and receive notification of critical problem areas through a series of emails and alarms.
The application allows for customized alarming on a per user basis, permitting a user to only modify the alarms they created. AlarmIt! can generate weekly or monthly summary reports.
Users can view four main screens: Main Summary, Current Alarms, Active Alarms and Alarm Set-up. The Alarming system can be customized to the users needs so that individual thresholds, comparison periods, contact personal and meters can be adjusted.
A CARMA account representative works with you to understand your building’s unique concerns and develop an alarming program specific to your needs. CARMA technical staff then set-up the alarming thresholds and meters to be monitored.
